JOB SUMMARY:
Support end-users via hotline calls and emails, log customer requests into an internal ticketing system, and provide efficient technical support by monitoring Linux & Windows systems on AWS/Azure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support via hotline calls and emails; log all customer requests into internal ticketing system.
- Provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user by monitor Linux & Windows system on AWS/Azure.
- Follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure.
- To support other IT-related duties when assigned.
- Team structure.

REQUIREMENTS:
- From 1-2 years of relevant experience, Graduated from University in IT field.
- Familiar with Windows OS.
- English: Most chating/email, Communicate Intermediate.
- Experience in Linux/cloud computing is a big plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, commitment to customer service.
- Able to work under shift schedule, working any 4-day and REST 3-day a week under shift 1 9am-9pm or shift 2 9pm-9am.
Candidates should be equipped with skills like: Tiếng Anh, proficient in Linux, knowledgeable in Windows Server, experienced with Cloud, familiar with System.Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: IT Support, understanding of CNTT khác, strong grasp of System Engineer, knowledge related to Cloud Engineer, experience with IT Helpdesk.BENEFITS:
