JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Delegate project tasks based on members‘ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Meet with the ANDPAD Japan team to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Over 3 years of working experience as BrSE.
• Expertise in quality assurance (QA) for web and mobile applications.
• Have working experience as a software engineer.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Familiarity with the development environment listed above.
• Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher).
• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, as well as teamwork skills with proactive and independent concentration.
• Good logical thinking and able to work under high pressure.
• Well-organized, creative, and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
