- Analysis requirement & create/review design documents (Basic Design, Detail Design)
- Review source code, test case, test script
- Deploy & manage server configuration
- Lead small team (estimate, assign task, progress tracking, review output to assure quality, report)
- Report to direct leader

Requirement
Must to have
- More than 3 years of experience in software development
- More than 2 years of experience with one of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Wordpress, Symfony, ...)
- Review code & debug skill
- Experience in creating design document (screen/API/batch design, database)
- Experience in testing (manual or automatic)
- Good programming fundamental, critical and logical thinking skills
- Japanese: good at conversation & writing (at lease N2)
- Commitment to excellence and self-improvement
- Proactive in learning

Nice to have
- Good knowledge of Javascript Framework such as Vue, Angular, React
- Good knowledge and experience with HTML/CSS, Javascript
- AWS configuration.
- Have management skill.
