JOB SUMMARY:
Join an amazing team to build one of the biggest e-grocery platform in Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and oversee project plans and schedules.
- Drive team members to achieve release goals.
- Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope.
- Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burndown, velocity.
- Take lead on quality control issues.
- Maintain issues and risks log.
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
- Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners.
- Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information.
- Maintain process documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience working with software development projects. Requires excellent technical acumen, and experience with Agile, SDLC, ALM, and the software release process.
- Proven experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team.
- Fluent English.
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent. CSM/PSM or PMP certificated is a plus.
