JOB SUMMARY:

Scrum Master support the Scrum team Vietnam in various ways to perform using the Scrum framework collaboration with Japan team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and facilitate for new Scrum team
• Helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice.
• Coaching the team member to become self-management and cross-functionality.
• Remove of impediments to the Scrum Teams progress.
• Helping in creating/managing backlogs.
• Helping with Scrum metrics collection

REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or related field.
• Excellence knowledge and understanding about Scrum framework.
• Good understanding of software development process.
• Good communication in Japanese (N2 and later).
• Must be independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in programming skill
• Have certifications related Scrum. (CSM, CSDetc..)
• Have Agile development related knowledge other than Scrum (Lean, XP, TDD, ATDD etc).
• Have experience living and working in Japan.
• Good communication in English.

In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Tiếng Nhật, experienced with N2, able to use Javascript, knowledge of Agile as well as familiarity with Quản Lý Dự Án.

Additionally, candidates should have knowledge related to Kỹ Sư Cầu Nối, understanding of Developer, experience with IT Support, strong grasp of Ngôn Ngữ Nhật and understanding of Software.
