CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Quản lý dự án phát triển Web/Smartphone apps với vai trò BPM, bao gồm hiểu rõ yêu cầu phần mềm, yêu cầu kinh doanh, và người dùng mục tiêu.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Project management for Web/Smartphone apps as BPM (Bridge Project Manager).
- Understanding software requirements, business requirements, target users.
- Discussing requirement/schedule/system design with Japanese clients directly.
- Managing quality & schedule of the projects.
- Translating Japanese documents/tasks/etc..into English.
- Make documents, system requirements/integration test case/schedule etc…
- Reporting process of project weekly and monthly.
- Frequently and actively contact with customers to clarify and prepare detailed requirement contents
YÊU CẦU:
- Japanese language: N2 or over (communication skill is the most important).
- Experience in BrSE/IT Communicator 1 or more years.
- Experience in programming with any programming language is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge about AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
- Experience in project management or its equivalent for Agile Scrum/DevOps, modern software development team.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Being proactive and having a high sense of responsibility, ambitious, willing to learn & hardworking.
- To be honest in communication with clients/team/managers is a must.
- Required to have a wide range of roles and responsibilities.
