JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Be responsible for overall planning and construction of the IT system
Set the annual goals and budget for the IT department.
Manage the IT budget
Manage all IT projects, conduct IT risk management and monitor the performance of the IT system
Optimize, sustain, update and integrate existing IT system
Ensure the security, availability and stability of the IT system
Manage the IT technical team of the company.
Any other tasks assigned by CEO

REQUIREMENTS
Have a Bachelors or higher degree in the field of IT or related fields
Good English
Experience in Digital
Proficient in JAVA or C/C++ or PHP language
Have more than 10 years with IT architect, ERP system and infrastructure design, implementation and management
Have at least 5 years of manufacturing IT general management or equivalent experience
Have strong management ability
Have good communication and teamwork skills
