The Technical Consultant/Technical Consultant Lead provides technical consultancy and implementation services to clients and/or potential clients in pre-sales, project implementation and post- sales activities.
***Team management
• Organize effective team structure when there are multiple team members working on a single project/ or cross multiple projects;
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including overseeing new team members’ onboarding and providing training planning when necessary;
• Identify team goals and evaluate team progress which are based on team KPI as well as project KPI;
• Build client relationships and becomes a trusted advisor;
• Task assignment to team members as well as team timesheet management.
***Technical Consultant
• Provide technical consultancy service to customers including full cycle of working in requested technical solution, conducting PoC; and other technical related works requirement;
• Presentation, demo and deliver the implementation at customer’ site;
• Conduct and implement system integration as well as providing solution to customer for cost optimization;
• Participate in conference calls, customer site visits and trade shows at the request of sales team;
• Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope of works;
• Work with the direct manager/ and another team member with a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Report Technical Solution Lead all project progress using appropriate tools and techniques;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Complete other requirements according to the work of manage.
Requirements:
***MUST HAVE:
• Strong experience in solution architect, project implementation one of systems like Azure, Office Commercial, Dynamics, SCCM;
• Strong experience in administration one of systems like Security, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud, Distributed Storage, Networking, Backup systems;
• Having at least one of following Microsoft certificates: MCITP, MCSE, Azure, Office Commercial, Dynamics certificates or other equivalent certificates;
• Having experience to manage teams/be Project Manager to meet targets and handle high-pressure projects.
• Some travel may be required.
***NICE TO HAVE:
• Strong experience in SQL Database or Windows server services (including AD, DNS, DHCP, SCCM...)’;
• Having good PoC presentation skills;
• Be able to communicate efficiently in English – both written and verbally;
• Having experience in implement financial/accounting module.
