Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with managers and interview employees at all levels to identify and assess training & development needs
- Design and develop training courses, tools and materials
- Lead and manage delivery of training solutions, including tests, assessment and certification
- Train to help employees/ New comers cultivate skills & knowledge. Provide complete training to motivate others.
- Design tools/methodology to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement initiatives
- Conduct field observation, carry out gap analysis and execute appropriate field coaching to improve sales team performance in assigned territories
- Prepare and execute training plans in assigned territories as well as drive training initiatives to ensure achievement of defined goals

Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in retail management (Supermarket, especially Non-Food) is a big plus
- Familiarity with Retail working process is a plus
- Language skill: Good English or Upper N2 Japanese
- Computer skill: Proficient skills in MS Office
- Education level: University
- Presentation skill + Business sense

Salary : Upto $2000 gross
Working time : Monday-Friday (8h00-17h00), Saturday (8h00-17h00)
