NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC
  • Receive, investigate and resolve customers' questions, and complaints;
  • Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems;
  • Pass customer feedback onto related teams to improve the company’s offerings;
  • Manage, and maintain a database of customer information;

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
  • Korean equivalent to Topik 4 (basic communication);
  • Fluent in English, equivalent to Toeic , or IELTS ;
  • Have a personal laptop
  • Good communication, self-discipline, and responsibility for work;

Working time:
  • Morning shift: 07:00-15:00
  • Afternoon shift: 15:00-23:00
  • Working schedule arranged by week
  • 2 days/week off, 1 weekday and 1 weekend off.

Working location:
  • In the office: Friday
  • Other days: Work from home
