TECHNICAL ABILITY:
- Provide technical and strategic contribution based on Technical and SI team direction to upgrade development plans for information technologies (including D.Health and CHIS) that can be delivered to a contracted web/application developer.
- Provide considerations for parameters and expectations with contracting a web/application developer to implement the planned up grades and to supervise those contracts.
- Provide guidance and support for implementing/using technology, software, and developments for improving and upgrading systems.
- Able to write documents related to the support and use of these systems (including user guides, manuals, training materials, etc.).
- Able to provide support and train others to use information technology systems.
MANAGEMENT ABILITY:
- Able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to gather the necessary information to optimize development and use of information technology systems.
- Experience with working as/with an IT/web/application developer, with technical knowledge and background to help troubleshoot IT and development questions and concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor and support the IT development and use, as well as completion of tasks and activities using or reliant on information technology systems/tools.
- Monitor the completion of activity/project milestones for the IT/web/application developer and deadlines in a timely manner.
- Support and maintenance of the information technologies among key stakeholders and end-users (particularly for those using D.Health and CHIS in the development or live environment).
- Able to meet with end-users to gather end-user feedback to support improvements and updates to information technology systems.
