JOB SUMMARY:
This role encompasses a mix of accounting and finance operations, general affairs, labor management, and HR recruitment support, making it a comprehensive position for a professional with a background in Japanese companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle monthly payments (document preparation and organization, coordination with main bank).
- Prepare various reports (submission to government authorities and internal reporting).
- External: Cash Flow Report, Cost & Sales Report, Check Sheet, etc.
- Internal: Quarterly and semi-annual labor status reports, investment activity evaluation reports, etc.
- Prepare project-related documents such as contracts, invoices, quotations, completion reports, and expense sheets.
- Monitor progress and coordinate with sales staff to prepare invoices and project completion reports.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone regarding project documentation from start to completion.
- Manage and organize data and documents for each project.
- Prepare and manage FS Reports.
- Manage receipts, overhead costs, and expenses for each project on a monthly basis.
- Handle quarterly VAT and PIT tax declarations and monthly FCT tax payments.
- Manage overseas payments (royalty loans, reimbursement of advances, etc.).
- Prepare and issue commission certificates for consultants under monthly outsourcing contracts.
- Coordinate with the Japanese headquarters and the regional head office in Thailand.
- General Affairs and Labor Management (20%).
- HR Recruitment Support (10%).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Education: Uni Grads.
- At least 3 years of work experience in accounting and finance at a Japanese company.
- Candidates who are interested in HR consulting (we are looking to hire those who aspire to become consultants in the future).
- Candidates with a strong desire for self-fulfillment, who can clearly explain in their own words, and who have future goals and guiding principles are preferred.
