仕事内容

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an IT Support professional to manage IT maintenance, system and network setup, user support, asset management, and FFP equipment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software, handling helpdesk requests, and ensuring IT compliance and efficiency within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Maintenance: Inspect, repair, and maintain computers, printers, photocopiers, cameras, and time attendants. Refill printer ink and proactively troubleshoot hardware/software.
System & Network: Install OS, office tools, and set up LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, modems, PABX, and CCTV. Support basic errors for medical systems (HIS, EMR, LIS, PACS).
User Support & Onboarding: Handle IT Helpdesk requests, guide staff, and manage IT setup/retrieval for onboarding and offboarding.
Asset & Cost Management: Manage IT inventory, handle procurement, and propose cost-saving solutions for upgrades or repairs.
FFP & Admin: Conduct periodic inspections of Fire Fighting & Prevention (FFP) equipment. Manage FFP logs, coordinate with external vendors/authorities for compliance, and assist in staff drills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 1–3 years in IT Support/Helpdesk (experience in hospitals/clinics is a plus).
Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical systems (HIS, EMR) and FFP regulations is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows/macOS, networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), hardware troubleshooting, and asset tracking.
Soft Skills: High responsibility, good communication, and problem-solving skills to minimize user downtime.
Language: Basic professional English (to read technical documents and support international staff).
