JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves acting as a BrSE, guiding local developers, collaborating with Japanese and Vietnam leads for hiring, designing efficient development workflows, and supporting engineers in their professional objectives and performance assessments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play the role of BrSE
- Guide and oversee the work of local developers, ensuring smooth execution through Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Collaborate with both the Japanese onsite lead and the Vietnam office head to facilitate the hiring of technical and project team members.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient development workflows in coordination with cross-border management.
- Work closely with leadership to support engineers in setting professional objectives and participating in performance assessments.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Business-level Japanese (N1/N2)
- 3+ years of experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer), or PM (Project Manager)
- Ability to define requirements and write specifications
- Experience in writing code as a developer
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficiency in N1, N2, Ruby, tiếng Nhật and Agile.
