- Gọi và tư vấn theo danh sách khách hàng tiềm năng công ty cung cấp
- Đặt câu hỏi để hiểu yêu cầu của khách hàng và thiết lập cuộc họp
- Hỗ trợ team bán hàng & kỹ thuật khi có yêu cầu
- Cập nhật thông tin khách hàng vào cơ sở dữ liệu
- Lưu giữ hồ sơ các cuộc gọi với khách hàng và ghi chú thông tin hữu ích
