仕事内容

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern/Fresher to join our team! You will gain hands-on experience working on exciting campaigns across digital platforms, from social media to paid ads. This is a great opportunity to develop your marketing skills and contribute to real projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content Creation & Ideation
Generate creative content ideas (text, video, image) for ad campaigns.
Develop ad creatives for multiple ad networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, Unity, etc.).
Collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-quality visuals.
2. Digital Advertising & Campaigns
Assist in executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
Research and test new content formats to improve performance.
Analyze ad performance and suggest content improvements.
3. Social Media & Trends
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging content formats.
Support social media content planning and audience engagement.
4. Performance Optimization & Analytics
Assist in A/B testing and optimizing ad creatives.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align content with goals.
Support coordination with internal teams and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge:
Graduated/Soon to graduate Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, and related fields. Must work 100% full-time in the office.
Have 3-6 months of experience in Content Marketing/ Performance Marketing/ Digital Marketing.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Familiarity with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
Basic understanding of performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Skill:
Strong creativity in generating content ideas (text, image, video).
Proficient in English communication.
Ability to research and apply marketing trends to content creation.
Analytical thinking for evaluating ad performance and optimizing content.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
