JOB SUMMARY:
Take charge of CSR and government audits, provide direct employee trainings, control labor costs, manage disciplinary procedures, and oversee support for foreign laborers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take charge of CSR audit and government audit.
- To do direct trainings to employees.
- Take charge of labor cost control.
- Update Labor Law & related law.
- Manage procedure of disciplinary.
- Control procedure supporting foreigner laborers (work permit, residence, ).
- Manage both R&T team and C&B to achieve operation objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: University.
- Major: Related.
- Language: English (Communication) and Japanese (Communication).
- Gender & Age: Female from 30 years old.
- Experiences: Manage both R&T team and C&B team.
- Computing skills: MS Office Proficiency.
- Soft skills: Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork, Calculation skill.
- Characteristics : Strong, decisive, change mind-set.
- Others: Report to Vietnamese GM and Japanese GM.
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Lãnh Đạo, Tiếng Anh, experienced with Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp and Đàm Phán.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of C&B/ Nhân Viên Tiền Lương, Chuyên Viên Tuyển Dụng, Hành Chính Nhân Sự, Quản Lý Nhân Sự and Phó Phòng.

- Salary in Gross & Net 25mil gross ~.
- Working time: Thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (từ 7:20~16h55), Nghỉ giải lao: 09:30 09:40 và 14:30 14:40, Giờ nghỉ trưa: 11:40 12:15.
