JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, you will understand the company's blockchain platform and customer needs to collaborate on features, develop product roadmaps, and create product requirements and UX mockups. You will also research competition and organize product requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand company blockchain platform business offering and company platform customer needs to collaborate with senior leadership on features and enhancements improving customer experience.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and manage product roadmap for company projects; participate in sprint planning, estimation of work and execute on sprint planning and delivery.
- Develop product requirements and work with design to develop UX mockups and customer journeys documentation. Translate product requirements into actionable JIRA or Twilio tickets. Engage and energize the project teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Research and understand competition and conduct focus groups to determine the product features that are key to our competitive advantage and success.
- Keep the product requirements organized. Deduplicate tickets. Prioritize and resource tasks.
- Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives when necessary. Be a vocal leader on the team. Identify problems before they happen, and staff the right resources to solve them.
- Work in a team oriented environment. Assume an owners.
- This role reports directly to the CTO.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience with product management, requirements development and UX.
- Extensive experience with full lifecycle projects, especially software development and maintenance.
- Technical aptitude to discuss engineering designs and estimates, and identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams.
- Jira or Twilio expertise, or ability to learn new software quickly and develop subject matter expertise.
- Extremely comfortable holding cross functional engineering teams accountable for delivery of projects.
- Exceptionally high expectations for organization, both of yourself and your team.
- Ability to influence and motivate people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships. Ability to teach others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Native Vietnamese level is required. An advanced level of English is required. You will be organizing Vietnamese based teams and working directly with the CTO and the rest of company leadership located in the USA.
