仕事内容

Pegasiの能力をクライアントと候補者に宣伝し、認知度を高める
カスタマーソリューション部門と連携してクライアントの要件を特定する
候補者データベースの検索と構築
候補者に電話をかけ、面談し、フォローアップすることで、彼らのスキルを活用し、長期的な関係を構築します。
クライアントが候補者に提供する適切な機会についてのコンサルティングと紹介
求人の獲得、面接、オファー段階、そしてそれ以降のプロセスの管理
商業チャンスに転換できるビジネス情報を構築するためのネットワーキング
必要に応じて後輩や新人を指導する
組織を継続的に改善するためのサイドプロジェクト/タスクへの参加
その他のタスクはラインマネージャーと会社によって割り当てられます

職務要件

大学卒業
少なくとも1年の実務経験（商業分野が望ましい）
テクノロジー業界の採用コンサルタントになりたいという情熱
英語での良好なコミュニケーション
割り当てられた他の業務に従事する意欲
結果志向で自発的
勤勉で学ぶ意欲がある
