RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product or service using scripts.
- Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
- Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with Manager to response to clients.
- Filing & documentation.
- Handle other customer service sales administration tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or above in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
- Having Data-driven mindset.
- English fluency.
- Hard working, careful & be an active learner.
- Good communication & time management skills.
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: Excel, communication skills, teamwork, persuasion and situational handling.
- We prioritize candidates with experience in: Fulltime, Customer Support, Sales Staff, Insurance Sales and Insurance Consulting.
