JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Brand Manager to write the next chapter of one of todays global top coloring brands, loved across the US, Europe, the Americas, and Australia. We’re after a storyteller with a sharp eye, a soft heart, and a love for building brands that feel like a warm hug!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • A. Build Brand & Marketing Strategy
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to shape long-term and short-term marketing plans.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across platforms from Amazon to Instagram to boost brand awareness and reach.
  • Craft a consistent brand story that resonates emotionally and stands out creatively.
  • B. Manage Brand Identity & Consistency
  • Own and evolve our brand identity visuals, tone of voice, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Develop a long-term brand management plan, including repositioning or expansion as needed.
  • Strengthen brand loyalty through thoughtful customer programs and personalized content strategies.
  • C. Lead Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Set clear KPIs for every campaign track awareness, affinity, loyalty and optimize as you go.
  • Analyze results, build insights, and report regularly on how the brand is growing and performing.
  • Be hands-on in improving both creative and business impact.
  • D. Grow & Inspire a Creative Marketing Team
  • E. Manage Brand Risks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Good English.
  • At least 7 years of experience in brand & marketing roles (with 2+ years in a leadership/managerial position).
  • Ideally from creative, publishing, FMCG, or lifestyle/retail industries.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong pulse on market and cultural trends.
  • Experience with cross-platform storytelling and community engagement.
  • Required professional skills are: Marketing, Nắm Bắt Thị Trường, Sáng Tạo, Phân Tích và Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp.
  • Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Branding Marketing, Trưởng Phòng, Digital Marketing and Marketing Manager.
