Duties and Responsibilities:
• Hỗ trợ việc mua hàng hóa, vật tư theo đúng yêu cầu của các Phòng/bộ phận theo Quy trình mua hàng.
• Thực hiện vận chuyển hàng hóa từ HCM đi các tỉnh và ngược lại.
• Soạn thảo hợp đồng mua, đơn đặt hàng, đàm phán với nhà cung cấp
• Theo dõi tình trạng hàng hóa sau khi đặt hàng;
• Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề liên quan khi thực hiện mua hàng như hàng sai, hàng lỗi, hàng không đúng chất lượng;
• Tổng hợp các hồ sơ đề làm chứng từ thanh toán;
Work Experience Requirements:
• Sinh viên Cao Đẳng, Đại Học năm 3,4 có thể thực tập toàn thời gian
• Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng
• Có khả năng tư duy,giao tiếp tốt và đàm phán tốt
• Trung thực, tỉ mỉ
