- Scalability & Performance: Design AI systems that can handle high user demand efficiently, considering both cloud and on-device deployment.
- Product Integration: Work closely with mobile app developers to integrate AI features seamlessly into our applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated with AI trends and adapt industry-leading techniques to improve our product offerings.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish AI development standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices in model training and deployment.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers and designers to align AI capabilities with user needs and business goals.
Yêu cầu ứng viên Qualifications & Experience - Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of AI-powered applications.
- Leadership: Prior experience leading a team or mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
- Experience with image/video processing and generative AI (e.g., GANs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.).
- Experience working with generative AI models related to image, audio, video, music.
- Experience in training and finetuning generative models.
- Understanding of deep learning model optimization for mobile or cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
