Introduction: We are Japanese IT-HR company providing HR web service in Vietnam more than 10 years. Now we are recruiting new fellow to manage, improve our service greater.
CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
- Understand, clarify and document the requirements of our service
- Transform raw requirements specified above into software requirement documents.
- Cooperate closely with technical specialists in the design and implementation of solutions.
- Acting as a bridge between the business and IT.
- Working on projects managed in both traditional and agile-driven methodologies.
- Writing and maintaining requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.
- Working with the design team on product design or designing application wireframes when required.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Good skill and expertise in requirements discovery
- Knowledge about the software (web service) development life cycle (Agile, Scrum)
- Advanced skill in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams
- Experience in influencing and collaborating with developers, project member and UX/UI designers
- Experienced with UI/UX and with a user centric mindset
- Having knowledge and able to understand technical design and technical details with common technologies (PHP, HTML/CSS, Javascript, React, Server, SQL, MVC...)
- Experience with B2B is a plus
- Good English verbal skill is a plus
- English or Japanese communication
