NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Proactively engage in the software development process by eliciting, researching, analyzing, and consulting on business requirements for key projects.
- Attend meetings with the North American product team to gather and clarify product requirements.
- Create detailed documentation and requirements specifications for development.
- Collaborate with testers to ensure development outcomes meet agreed-upon requirements.
- Draft and distribute user manuals and guides for end-users.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
YÊU CẦU:
- At least 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst (BA).
- Strong verbal and written English skills, capable of supporting the team with English documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex software systems quickly.
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in ERP, E-Commerce, or the Telecommunication domain is preferred.
- Basic understanding of databases, particularly MySQL.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
