Nội dung công việc Job Summary:
The candidate joining the group will be expected to participate in high impact strategic initiative with senior leadership visibility. The candidate will also own engaging with data providers to manage all aspects of data sourcing and data analysis:
· Bank account balances and transactions feeds
· General Ledger integration, Geneva Advent, Eze Castle, Invest Tran etc...
The role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following: · Sourcing and analysis of new data feeds from banks and prime brokers
· Manage new client requirements to establish interface counterparties and OMS/Accounting Systems (GVA, Invest Tran, Netsuite etc...)
· Automate, and improve efficiencies for existing service offering (work with different accounting systems to standardize G/L report types)
· Team Play – facilitate/participate in cross team activities to understand impact and dependencies.
· Multitasking – Manage individual tasks and deliverables to successful completion.
· Manage Change – Ability to work in an ever-changing environment and adapt quickly.
· Leadership – become one of the key players in building and maintaining counterparty and vendor relationships.
Yêu cầu ứng viên Essential Requirements: · Proficient in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
· Knowledge in Cash, Transactions and Positions reconciliations
· Knowledge in General Ledger posting
· Experience in implementing strategic interfaces with vendors and other data providers.
SkillSet: · Solid understanding of operational processes required.
· Experience in technical analysis, solutioning and product development a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and delivery track record.
· Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships.
· Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) and influencing skills.
· Ability to work independently or work in group setting.
· Ability to understand and leverage systems/tools quickly and efficiently.
· Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
