Job descrription - Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client needs and provide relevant information about our products/services.
- Assist in negotiations and help close sales with clients.
- Document Preparation and Translation:
- Draft, edit, and translate various documents related to business operations.
- Translate documents from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Ensure translations are accurate and maintain the integrity of the original content.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Japanese, Business, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Japanese Language Skills: Proficient in Japanese (N2 or above), with strong communication and writing skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Professionalism: High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred: - Candidates who have lived in Japan or worked in Japan Company
- Experience in client relations and sales support.
