JOB SUMMARY:
Provide post-implementation support and training to clients on system usage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide post-implementation support and training to clients on system usage.
- Conduct follow-up meetings to understand customer challenges and suggest effective solutions.
- Support the sales team with product demos and client presentations.
- Create and update user manuals or documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Occasionally travel to client sites for direct support or seminars.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Has 2–3 years of experience in the IT/SaaS field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Able to think from the customer’s perspective and act proactively
- Sincere, responsible, and team-oriented personality
- Interest in consulting and technology
- Languages
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
