Job Summary: The candidate joining the group will be expected to participate in high impact strategic initiative with senior leadership visibility. The engagement’s specific focus is on data sourcing and analysis of new files as well as improving capabilities of data connections that utilize API to enable instant exchange of bank data.

We are looking for self-motivated candidates with 1-3 years of experience, detail orientated, organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Essential Requirements:
• Proficient in C#, Python, SQL/PLSQL and RDS databases; JIRA is a plus not required.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ETL mapping, as well as experience with regular expressions and ternary operators. You will play a key role in data sourcing and transformation, working closely with our business team to ensure accurate and efficient data mapping and processing.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
• Design and develop ETL processes using ETL tools, e.g., Informatica, SSIS etc. Implement programming solutions using C# and Python to support data transformation and loading.
• Utilize SQL to manage and query data effectively. Employ ternary operators and regular expressions in programming to streamline data processing tasks.
• Conduct technical analysis to understand and document data sourcing and transformation requirements. Create and maintain ETL mapping documentation to ensure clear understanding of data flows.
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. Worked previously for a hedge fund or in investment banking is a plus.
