RESPONSIBILITY
• Stay current with industry trends and find new ways to improve our system processes
• Deploy product/tooling updates as required while implementing integrations as needed
• Document and develop process automation
• Test system integrity, implement designs and other processes related to infrastructure while making improvements
• Build and maintain tools, solutions and microservices associated with endpoint management
• Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes
• Work with CI & CD tools and source control such as GIT
• Identify and deploying cybersecurity measures by performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps role
• Familiarity with supporting SaaS applications
• Build cloud native systems (AWS)
• Puppet, Chef, Munki experience
• Excellent troubleshooting
• Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile Principles
• Experience with Linux infrastructure, database, CI/CD tools
• Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as PowerShell or Python
• Previous background in IT Engineering/Helpdesk Role
