Job description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products. This position requires strong English communication skills for daily interaction with our US-based team. You will be involved in test planning, execution, and issue resolution, contributing directly to the quality assurance process. This role provides a great opportunity to further develop your testing skills while working in a dynamic international environment
Your skills and experience Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with both Vietnam and US-based teams using English to discuss testing strategies, clarify project requirements, and resolve reported issues
- Contribute to the development of detailed test plans and test cases
- Set up and configure testing environments and devices as needed
- Execute manual test cases, document test results, and report defects
- Provide constructive feedback on the quality assurance process and actively participate in process improvements
Requirements: - Proficiency in English, strong communication skills for collaboration with the US team
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing standards, and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and approach to testing, focus on identifying and reporting defects
- Strong understanding of the business and technical aspects of software development
- Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in manual testing of software applications
- Experience with API testing, device testing (Linux/macOS) is a strong advantage
