JOB SUMMARY: This role involves developing and maintaining modern web applications using ReactJS and related frontend technologies, ensuring smooth integration with backend services, and contributing to system design and architectural discussions. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and related frontend technologies.
- Build responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components following best practices.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Follow established frontend architecture and coding standards.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to implement Micro-Frontend architecture where applicable.
- Ensure smooth communication between frontend applications and backend APIs.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute ideas to improve scalability and maintainability.
- Support system testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high product quality.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Contribute to improving development practices and frontend performance.
- Depending on experience, provide technical guidance or mentorship to other team members.
- Actively participate in technical discussions and propose improvements to frontend architecture and development processes.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS: - 3–5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend development practices.
- Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.
- Experience with TypeScript is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Vite, and npm/yarn.
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills to work effectively in an international environment.
- Depending on experience, the ability to contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentoring is highly valued.
- Experience working with Micro-Frontend architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to enhance productivity.
- Experience working on large-scale or high-security applications (e.g., fintech, banking, or government projects).
