JOB SUMMARY:

For our upcoming projects, we are recruiting Interior Designer with solid experience in RESIDENTIAL DESIGN. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and developing concepts from starting point through to be built reality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work as part of a team to initiate and develop concepts from starting point through to be built reality
• Design 2D layout, 3D rendering, technical drawing
• Produce detail drawings for production of the interiors.
• Source material finishes and furnitures
• Follow up on site projects with the contractors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Years of experience: at least 1 – 3 year
• Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
• Good concept design skills and ability to bring the concept into detail design.
• Good written and oral communication skills (English) – MANDATORY
• Initiative and strong design interest, to help the current design team.
• Solid experience in AutoCAD and Photoshop and 3D design
• Should be self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Flexibility, diligence, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Competence in organizational support, react well under pressure.
• We are looking for candidates possessing abilities such as: Photoshop, Auto Cad, 3D, along with working as part of a team and English.
