BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
IT Associate Manager is responsible for executing, planning, and managing a portfolio of IT projects related to Perfetti Van Melle Vietnam's supply chain and finance functions to enable the business's digital transformation. This individual will work closely with the IT Manager and functional teams to drive the country's complex service operations and collaborate with the Global IT operations team to ensure excellent service performance.
Key Accountabilities/Job Description:
-Participate in IT roadmap/strategies and global project deployments.
- Engage with the business functions to collect the SAP change request demands, analyze them, and propose the best IT solutions according to their needs.
- Drive the deliverables of IT vendors and contractors. Ensure service delivery and consistency of the critical SAP application is well maintained.
- Perform feasibility study, prepare business case, and conduct project planning/scoping and financial analysis for new business demands.
- Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and project scope (SAP S/4 Hana migration…etc).
- Drive communication and coordination with global IT teams and regularly provide status reports and other IT-related information to project stakeholders and the Management Team.
- Apply best practices for project, change, and service management. Allocate and manage resources and vendors for assigned projects.
- Experience documenting/designing business processes, performing business analysis, and defining requirements.
-Coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information in application systems against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or a related field
• At least five years of experience leading and managing IT projects and complex IT Service Operations, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of SAP ERP and system implementation & supporting capabilities.
• Priority is given to candidates having a certificate of Project Management Professional (PMP), SAP S/4 Hana, and used to manage many legacy applications software, especially API to integrate with SAP from HRIS, DMS, and experiences with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), etc.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good team player.
• Excellent communication (both verbal and writing) skills in English.
• Willing to work overtime and travel outside of Vietnam whenever required
