1. IT strategy support
- Support the superior to build up the IT strategy by recommending the expertise technical knowledge
2. IT annual plan support
- Provide IT operation data to superior to build up IT annual plan
3. Project Management
- Get, gather, consult with related parties to unify requirement
- Monitor the overall timeline, take immediate actions to avoid/ overcome challenges which can impact to progress
- Arrange regular meeting with project team to review progress, arrange ad-hoc discussion with all related parties to build up action plan or counter measure to keep the project on track.
- Build project methodology, organization, R&R and implementation standard.
- Plan, lead and control project progress by allocate appropriate resources.
- Work in details with internal/external parties to recognize project risks.
- Control IT project implementation: timeline, resources and risk management. Co-operate with all related parties to make sure project runs smoothly.
4. Coaching
- Arrange training seminars for team members to extend technical or knowledge skills
- Arrange training seminars for IT solution team to understand warehouse operation & business flows
5. IT process and standard operation procedures management
- Support superiors to review the current workflow, provide the expertise knowledge to improve the process.
- Control the policy compliance of employees
- Stardardize project management procedures
6. People management and Development
- Provide the training to all staffs to make sure they understand clearly about IT strategies
- Communication within the team to develop the good working enviroment.
- Coaching and encourage the staffs to develop their capacity.
- Build up the backup plan for IT resources
- Monitor the IT working, administration, stationaries, working schedule
7. Any other expertise tasks as per assignment from IT Manager

Yêu cầu
1. Education:
- University degree or higher in IT, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
2. Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis and team management
3. Skills:
- Good English communication skills
- Priority is given to candidates who are proficient in business analysis tools (Visio, Jira, Confluence), system integration processes, knowledgeable about ERP, WMS, DMS, having CBAP/PMP certification is a big advantage.
