Specification management: discuss/propose/define specifications with client and team, create and operate specifications in Japanese or English. • Languages:
• Vietnamese (native level) + Japanese (equivalent to N2 or above)
• Japanese (native level) + English (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above)
• Able to communicate logically and according to the situation
• Respect others and be able to achieve results in a team
• Able to adapt flexibly and fulfill duties in any environment
• Keep thinking about how the client and team can be happy together, and act proactively
• Willingness to independently learn knowledge related to business execution, such as software development process

Advanced qualifications and skills

• Leadership involving clients and teams
• Ability to solve problems and make business proposals
• Understanding/experience in software development
• Work experience with Japanese clients
