JOB SUMMARY:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the recruitment functions and duties for IT positions (embedded, fullstack, automation, devops, technical support, etc.). Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the recruitment functions and duties for IT positions (embedded, fullstack, automation, devops, technical support, etc.)
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues and regulations
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to adapt to independent work. Rigorous and careful on work.
• Familiar with using office tools.
• Proficient in English
• Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
• High responsibility and teamwork spirit
• Language: English
• We are looking for candidates possessing abilities such as: TOEIC, Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp, Kỹ Năng Quản Lý, Tiếng Anh along with Kỹ Năng Kinh Doanh.
• We prioritize candidates with experience in: Chuyên Viên Tuyển Dụng, CNTT khác, IT Support, Hành Chính Nhân Sự accompanied by Quản Lý Nhân Sự.
