JOB SUMMARY:

You will join our product development team for the Japan market. Your role includes bridging communication between our Vietnamese development team and Japanese stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development team by translating documents and requirements from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
• Liaise directly with Japanese CEO, web director, and HQ team to clarify project requirements.
• Interpret and translate IT industry terminology accurately for both teams.
• Read and understand project specifications, then convey them clearly to the development team.
• Participate in online meetings with both Vietnam and Japan teams to discuss tasks, technical solutions, and project timelines.
• Support product testing and quality assurance.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to the manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher.
• Language: Japanese N1Upper N2 level.
• Experience:
  • Junior Level: Minimum 3 years as IT Communicator, BA, BrSE, or Scrum Master.
  • Senior/Lead Level:
    • Minimum 5 years as BrSE or PM.
    • At least 3 years in a management role.
    • We are looking for candidates possessing abilities such as: Japanese, Project Management, Analysis, Communication Skills accompanied by N1.
    • Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Project Manager, Bridge System Engineer, Developer, Business Analyst (BA) as well as Product Manager.
