JOB SUMMARY:

Manage projects and coach Scrum teams to successfully deliver the highest value features.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage projects and coach Scrum teams to successfully deliver the highest value features
• Act as a contact point with clients and internal team members (BA/ Dev/ QC) on project status, risks, and issues
• Receive mentorship/ training from senior Scrum Master/ Project managers
• Develop schedule and plans that support the business timelines, resources, milestones, and project deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

• Gender：Male/Female
• Age：25~38
• Education level：Any
• Language：Japanese N2
• No. of experienced year：At least 3 years as ITcom or BrSE or relating position
• At least 3 years as ITcom or BrSE or relating position
• Japanese N2
• Have strong interest or experience in IT industry (No coding skill is OK)
• At least 1 year experience relating to Project management
• Have knowledge or experience in Scrum Master/ Project Manager role
