Nội dung công việc - Gain a deep understanding of our business to create tailored testing plans for each product.
- Continuously refine our internal quality control processes and tools to enhance product quality.
- Participate in test case reviews, requirements analysis, design evaluations, and change control activities.
- Track and verify issues, and manage and report testing outcomes to the entire team.
- Ensure test cases are executed with precision, efficiency, and completed within set timelines.
- Provide recommendations to improve both product quality and team effectiveness
Yêu cầu công việc - Strong skills in analysis, testing, and error troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team.
- Familiarity with test management software.
- Expertise in analyzing requirements and executing the software testing process (including Test Cases, Issue Lists, Test Plans, and Test Scenarios).
Expertise with various forms of software testing: regression test, retesting, function, UI test, localization test ,...
- Perform functional testing, and regression testing and keep track of all the new developments.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between developers and end-users.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
