As a Lead Consultant at Novobi, you will play a pivotal role in leading ERP implementation projects, providing expert guidance, and fostering client relationships. Leveraging your extensive experience and deep understanding of ERP functionalities, you will collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee the successful implementation and adoption of the ERP system. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities REQUIREMENTS & BUSINESS ANALYSIS - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges, and translate requirements into scalable and efficient ERP solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of client requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices for leveraging ERP functionalities to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Assist with data migration, integration, and testing activities as part of the implementation process.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Has a proven track record of at least 3-5 years of experience managing business solution implementation projects.
