JOB DESCRIPTION: - To implement and support MES/shopfloor system for all factories
- To conduct MES/Shopfloor training for users
- To analyse and recommend improvements on MES/shopfloor system
- To collaborate and work together with IT teams and external vendor in Digital Transformation
- To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Requirements: - Knowledge of any MES/shopfloor system
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in application support
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in English both for speaking and writing
- Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills
Education: - Bachelor degree in software engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
