Glohow is a global game business partner who is dedicated to shining a spotlight on various contents and bringing their businesses to a global level. Our solutions and services include publishing of mobile games and applications, strategy consultation, marketing, PR, product development, project management, LiveOps management, localization, media content production, design, and arts.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the growth and enhancement of our digital work platform. You will play a pivotal role in advancing the platform and ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our users.

Responsibility:
Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with precision.
Create, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources and risks for the platform.
Collect and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and internal stakeholders' input.
Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and use cases, and collaborate with the design and development teams to transform them into functional specifications.
Continuously evaluate and measure product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
Your skills and experience
Possess a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Have at least 5 years of experience in product management or related industries focused on products, preferably in a fast-paced technology startup environment.
Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making.
Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, and a proven ability to effectively convey complex messages with conviction to diverse stakeholders.
Have a track record of working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, manage and coordinate resources, and lead the team through key milestones.
Experience with AI technologies and their application in product development.
Understanding of APIs, third-party integrations (e.g., payments), and project management tools.
