Job description:
Product Strategy and Planning
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology products in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and workflows.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend their integration into product strategies.
Product Development Management
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, planning, development, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate closely with developer, design, and analyst teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Hands-on Problem Solving: Diagnose complex technical challenges and provide actionable solutions.
• Partner with the development team to address performance and security concerns.
• Manage integrations with third-party platforms and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Analyze product performance using data-driven metrics and propose optimizations.
• Proactively recommend technical improvements and system optimizations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as a bridge between developer, design, and business teams to deliver seamless product experiences. Provide product training and resources.
• Ensure alignment between technical and business goals across all departments.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in IT or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Product Manager or technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, system design, and technical architectures.
• Leadership skills with experience managing teams and foster collaboration.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.
• High adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong command of English for communication and technical documentation.
