RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Business Development for new project requirements and Technology Team to build the most productive and sufficient process for both Customer and DIGI-TEXX within the timeframe given
- Be responsible for the assigned projects with Resources Management & Project’s Workflow to ensure the Profit & Lost
- Internal and external Customer Satisfaction Management
- Coordinate and resolve the project’s daily issues in a timely and effective manner with the internal Operation Team and other Departments
- Develop and maintain the production team
- Do improvements on the project to increase the project productivity
- Do other tasks assigned by Leadership Team
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Advanced level in Japanese (N2) and English (B1 or above)
- Leadership and decision-making skills/experience
- Project Management Certificate/Skill is a must
- Client-first mindset
- Strong skills in communication, presentation and document management
- Well-organized and attentive to details
- Experience to work with international Client is a plus
