- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to elicit and define business requirements and project objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams, including developers (Vietnamesse), product owners (English) and users (English).
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform user acceptance testing and provide feedback to the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. Identify, analyse, and report software defects and issues using JIRA.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and participate in the design and review process to ensure testability.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing to ensure product stability and reliability.
- Maintain thorough documentation of test procedures, test results, and test case coverage.
- Provide exceptional client support via email, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate assistance via written channels, such as email and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues by analyzing problems, researching solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent English communication (write, read, speak and listen).
- At least 2 years in business analysis or tester.
- Experience with coding is a plus, but training will be provided
- Being knowledgeable or experienced in Agile environment, good logical thinking, analytical thinking, critical thinking and problem solving.
- Experience in working in technology enabled change programs/projects, software development is a plus.
