Key Responsibilities
Manually testing smartphone applications based on test case from HQ through some downloaded software.
Execute test plan, conduct compatibility test, create test reports, also check the test set routinely and arrange test schedule based on the deadline.
Report test case from team routinely and check/verify issue from the market feedback.
Check and record every testing smartphone / tablet received from HQ.
Coordinate with the UI team, developer / superior in HQ if there are new test case or new devices that will be manufactured and send to Vietnam.
Actively coordinate and meetings with network company, if there's any new features / services.
Coordinate with the logistic vendor if there's any devices detained during the delivery.
Raise issue/bugs, reproduce bugs based on instructions if needed, including but not limited to provide video & logs.

Key Requirements
Active & fluent in English
Understand about the testing software ALM & manage bug log.
Bachelor degree in IT or other related majors.
Have strict self-principles and can keep confidential about the product that's being tested
Ready / standby to do field test if needed.
