JOB SUMMARY:

Scrum Master support the Scrum team Vietnam in various ways to perform using the Scrum framework collaboration with Japan team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and facilitate for new Scrum team.
• Helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice.
• Coaching the team member to become self-management and cross-functionality.
• Remove of impediments to the Scrum Teams progress.
• Helping in creating/managing backlogs.
• Helping with Scrum metrics collection.

REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or related field.
• Excellence knowledge and understanding about Scrum framework.
• Good understanding of software development process.
• Good communication in Japanese (N2 and later).
• Must be independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in programming skill.
• Have certifications related Scrum. (CSM, CSDetc..).
• Have Agile development related knowledge other than Scrum (Lean, XP, TDD, ATDD etc).
• Have experience living and working in Japan.
• Good communication in English.
• To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficiency in Scrum, knowledge of Tiếng Nhật, experienced with Agile, familiarity with Quản Lý Dự Án and able to use Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp.
• Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of Kỹ Sư Cầu Nối, understanding of Developer, strong grasp of System Engineer, knowledge related to Software and experience with CNTT khác.
