JOB SUMMARY:
This role is for a Bridge Engineer (BrSE) or a professional in a related field. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in software development, bridging communication and technical aspects between teams, with an emphasis on Japanese and English language proficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 3 years of experience as a bridge engineer (BrSE) or related field
- Intermediate English
- Excellence communication in Japanese (N2 or similar)
- Good understanding of the software development process with hands-on experience in programming skills (must have)
- Experience in working with low level design documents
- Must be independent, responsible, and selfmotivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results
- Working experience as a Project Manager.
- Have experience living and working in Japan
In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in N1, experience with Agile, and familiarity with Tiếng Nhật.
Additionally, candidates should have knowledge related to Developer, understanding of Software, and experience with Java Developer.
