JOB SUMMARY:

Scrum Master support the Scrum team Vietnam in various ways to perform using the Scrum framework collaboration with Japan team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and facilitate for new Scrum team.
• Helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice.
• Coaching the team member to become self-management and cross-functionality.
• Remove of impediments to the Scrum Teams progress.
• Helping in creating/managing backlogs.
• Helping with Scrum metrics collection.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm Scrum Master (hoặc BrSE/PM có mindset Agile).
• Hiểu sâu về Scrum và quy trình phát triển phần mềm.
• Tiếng Nhật tốt (N2 trở lên).
• ĐIỂM CỘNG "CỰC MẠNH":
• Có kỹ năng kỹ thuật, biết lập trình.
• Có chứng chỉ Scrum (CSM, CSD...).
• Từng làm việc/sinh sống tại Nhật.
• Giao tiếp được tiếng Anh (điểm cộng).
